   FORMULA OF 80 – TO PREVENT HEART ATTACK BEFORE 80

·       Keep lower blood pressure, bad cholesterol, resting heart rate, fasting sugar and abdominal girth {waist line} levels all less than 80.

·       Keep kidney and lung function more than 80%.

·       Engage in recommended amounts of physical activity {moderately strenuous} per week. Walk for 80 minutes in a day. Walk briskly for 80 minutes in a week with a speed of 80 steps per minute.

·       Eat less and not more than 80gm or ml of caloric food each meal. Follow a healthy diet, high fiber and fruits, low saturated fats, zero trans fats, low refined carbohydrate {white rice, maida and white sugar}, low salts.

·       Observe cereal fast for 80 days in a year.

·       Spend 80 minutes with yourself each day.

·       Do 80 cycles of pranayama in a day.

·       Clap continuously 80 times in a day.

·       Stay away from noise pollution of > 80 db.
