                           Manipulative innocence

What is a family?

A family is a group of people either related through blood or social rituals that stand together, in happiness and distress, in sickness and health. They are meant to watch each other’s back. And in the time of darkness, sacrifice the self and think about the bigger picture.
So, this is what a family do!
Quiet typical, so does these typical reaction happens spontaneously in atypical situation, every time, without fail or the status of types of so called typical reaction keep on manipulating.

ONLY GIRL, IN THE CLOTH MARKET (STORY 1)

Her father was a wholesale merchant of clothes in the famous clothe market of Ashok Vihar. The family of five comprised of father, mother and their three girls.
All of them were Daddy’s little girls and had a fabulous childhood. They were the bunch of real beauties. And since they have been over shadowed by the pampering of parents, they were little spoil brats. Since childhood, in their innocence they used to always ask their father who among them is his favourite daughter and he used to postpone answering it and would wisely say only time would tell.
Time, on other hand, was in favor of them; it seemed that every day was Diwali for them until one fateful day.
Though their father business was separate from his brother’s, but the astute elder brother was always looking in for chances to take over it and one day, he was actually given an opportunity.
The fateful night, suddenly their father had heart attack. He was rushed to the hospital, with heroic efforts of doctors, his life was saved after a major open heart surgery and he was put to bed rest for coming six months. One problem solved, another one arise, who will take care of the business now?
The elder brother confronted and volunteered himself for the responsibility. For one whole month he took care of shop and once so flourished business started to down slope in abyss of losses. It didn’t take much time for family to figure out what was happening under their nose.
But the questions remain the same, and then who is eligible to do business of the man, who had three daughters and no son.
The eldest girl of the family was affianced and was to get married in next six months. The second one had just paid a huge fee for her post graduation and the classes were due to start in a month and the third girl, well she was just a child in high school. All three had their subsequent errands to do which occupied whole of their time. Who would sacrifice and stand for the family supporting its basic foundation?
Ultimately, after lot of thinking, the decision was made; the uncle was thrown out of the business and one of the girls walked the male dominant business market abandoning all her dreams for her father’s sake. She was only twenty one then and she had to face the orthodox logistic of the market but she did. This incidence dates back to year 1996, when still, the society entangled with its fixed bigotry ideas, but the second among the sibling who took the first step, promised herself that there won’t be any looking back.
For one whole year, as her father recovery was extended, she fought; she struggled and with earnest effort learned the tricks of trade. She got her elder sister married at the decided time and definitely it was a fabulous wedding, as it has been expected of their family. Moreover she got her younger sister into extra-curricular activities, for over all development of her personality and tried to live in her dreams which she couldn’t fulfil.
Though she struggled hard and tried to smoothly carry on the responsibility bestowed to her, but she couldn’t overcome the damage that was done by her shrewd uncle. After one year, to recover the loss, they had to sell half of the shop at a very low price.
That day, in tears, she came to her father and cried the hell out apologizing for letting that happen and mostly letting him down. The father smiled and embraces her to his heart and proudly said, “Sweetheart, if it would have been me, I won’t have been able to save us half the shop that you have saved us, after those drastic losses, but it’s only you, who could adamantly stand there in male mushroomed society of the cloth market and do such a good business. My heart swells with pride and I feel so lucky to have you by my side, my favourite daughter.”

“He’s A DEAD MEAT (STORY 2)

Once upon a time, this man, around whom this whole anecdote revolves, was a very robust, uptight and excessive self esteem man. During his childhood days, back in Lahore, his step mother didn’t treat him well, and when he grew up, his brothers ditched him in family business and since then they went different ways. As many scratches, faith put on his humble life, without a complaint he stood up again and again.
He had two kids, elder daughter and younger son. He married his daughter and soon she had a baby girl. When the little girl was just 3, her father died and lady became widow. The man adopted the baby girl and re-married her daughter.
Couple of year later he married his son. The daughter-in-law was not a very adjusting kind, in due course of time she started to object about their adopted daughter. Due to these everyday cat-fights, man was very much annoyed and it was after the death of his wife [who had always and always been there for him in all up and downs of life, who was love of his life] he decided to vend off the property and divided the share equally in three parts, one for his son, other for his daughter and one, he kept with himself.
The son brought a shop and a house from his share and shifted to Dwarka, where as the man shifted to the same housing society where his daughter lived.
The growing age started to show on once lithe body, but still his mind was as sharp as his days of his youth. He continued with his business and gained awesome profits through it and his bank balance was always on increasing trend.
His daughter used to come and look after him once in a day, as she was also a working woman. The man was so happy with his daughter care that out of grandeur, he lent out hugs amount of money to support her lavish lifestyle. Few years down the line, with his money his daughter buy a very big house, five bedroom house in same housing society, though man continued to live in his two bedroom house. The man appointed a driver, two servants for her, whose salary he took care of.
In all these years, his adopted daughter [actually his grand-daughter] grew up and was now of marriageable age. He found a suitable match and in all pump and show organized a very expensive, ravishing party and with huge dowry send her to her husband’s house, and in subsequent occasion used to shower his limited family comparing of his daughter and grand-daughter family with highly expensive gifts. In return they used to pay visits in his lonely house and lonely life and that too with demand list.
His daughter also had one more son, from her second marriage, whose education was taken cared by the man. After his post graduation the man gifted him a ‘SUV’ car, striking sliver greyish color. Everything was so perfectly placed when, the faith have it, REVERSAL of FORTUNE started to happen.
The man started to lose weight, started to grow weak and often used to fall unconscious. His daughter took him to his house and got the investigation done. And his investigatory report revealed that due to ignored and untreated high blood pressure, his kidneys have failed and toxins were accumulating in the body. And since I bear an acquaintance with the family, I was called to their home for an opinion.
His urea level was so high along was his createnine values, clear-cut indicating Acute Renal failure which required immediate hospitalization and frequent dialysis. His age was 79 yrs and therefore they thought to take a second opinion.
Second, third or fourth opinion but the answer was same, inevitable hospitalization and dialysis. It took them almost one month to take him to the hospital that too, when his condition got so worse and couldn’t be managed at home. Doctor’s at the hospital became very critical of the family members and reprimanded them. Immediate dialyses was performed and along with further investigations were carried on which lead to a revelation that he was doubtful for Prostrate carcinoma, but looking at his condition, the biopsy was avoided.
Whole this time his daughter was in constant touch with me and visited my clinic frequently. Here is the extract of the conversation with her.

VISIT 1
“Doctors at that hospital are so inhumane. They talked to us like that. They all think of making money. So much of the money is being washed in drain on my father’s treatment, I can’t tell you Doc? But anyways, now he feels better. But since he has been diagnosed with these complaints and since we run in his genetic line, please write us this investigation especially for our kidneys, to be on a safeguard for future. Write it for my daughter and son, also.”

VISIT 2
“I am here to show you our reports. My father is fine, though he is undergoing dialysis twice a week. He is staying at our home. You see, doc, now one whole room have been occupied by him and we feel so much space restrained. Moreover, money is being spent on the attendants we have kept for him. God! They charge so much. Even the costs of Adult diapers are so high, and two of these diapers are consumed every day. Our monthly budget has totally shaken up.”

VISIT 3
“Doc! His condition is worsening day by day. He has started having hallucinations now. He has become so needy that he always wants one of us to stay with him. My son is away for his job at Indore and my daughter already is too busy with chores of her family and her three kids, and if I stay at house, absenting myself from the job, how on the earth, would we bear the expense of my father’s treatment. It’s been so much stress for me. My husband is asking me to take a break and for two days he is sending me to my son, even my daughter would also accompany me, a short vacation. My sons have planned the itinerary for the weekend, but look at my father; he is behaving so childish and not letting me go. Seriously, now I need a break, otherwise my asthma is going to aggravate. You can see under my eyes; these black circles have become so evident now. You won’t believe, it’s been months, since I have called my beautician home.

VISIT 4
“Doc! His conditions have become worse. We are planning that he makes his “Will” now. Can you please come as a witness? Well, I will send you a car. It won’t be a regular one. You see, these kids are taking ‘SUV’ to Mohali, to catch latest IPL match. My son has brought an “Endaveour” recently. I asked him to wait, but these boys don’t listen. Look, he even bought 51 inches LED television last month. He was also going to buy whole home theater system; I have to stop him God! These boys are too much.
Please, Doc! Do take out time to come, it is important. And, now since his condition is worsening, it would become mandatory for us to inform my brother, though he would come and create a mess only.”
There was no visit 5, but an emergency call, where the lady was shrieking on top of her voice. The man had fainted and was rushed to the intensive care unit where he was put on life support system. That night, I was the last and only person to pay him visit in the I.C.U. and by looking at him I knew in my heart, that this would be the end of his misery full life.
And I was proved right, the next morning, he went away, I don’t know where, but I hope, may be to the realm of peace and happiness.
After his death, next time I met the family at his eulogy meeting. The duo of mother and daughter approached me. They had something to tell me. The daughter said, with broadening her eyes, “My mother had a dream yesterday, he saw her father and he said he was really happy how her daughter took care of him. He is very much proud of her. Doc! My mother has been a good daughter to him, isn’t she?”
And then both looked at me for a response.
“I guess so!” all I said.

PHRENOLOGY OF MANIPULATION

·       The degree of manipulation is represented as a broad forehead tapering downwards into sharp chin, which on other hand is protruding forward.
·       It depends, if chin protrude averagely this becomes a good trait, representing worldly wisdom and the power to execute it in a good way. These classes of people are adamant to their words.
·       But, in case where the protrusion is excessive, it leads to astute, shrewd nature along with obsessive compulsive behavior and self centered nature.
·       Excessive fats on the cheeks especially near the lips also represent selfish and self centered persona

WHOM TO FALL AND WHOM NOT TO FALL IN LOVE WITH

WHOM TO FALL AND WHOM NOT TO FALL IN LOVE WITH

Long long ago near the river NILE, there lived a very beautiful woman, whose beauty was applauded all over seven seas. All men in the kingdom wanted to woe her, but she had already made her choice. She selected the headman of the king’s army as her boyfriend. All men were jealous of him.
In the kingdom near the Nile there used to be an annual championship where all the brave men, display their amazing talent. And the ministry choose the bravest of them all and he was declared the winner of annual championship.
This year’s championship had something very dangerous which have never been done before. There was big blind well dug in the middle of the amphitheatre. The inner walls of the well had small bricks protruding out at certain distance like a small staircase, to climb out of the well. In that blind well, there was a hungry lion let loosed, whose deafening roar could incite fear in the heart of the bravest of bravest men. Every man in the kingdom was challenge to go into that blind well of death and to come out alive from it.
No men dared to accept the challenge.
The fairest maiden sat on the seat very near to the well. Seeing no men jumping in the well, she gave a tilted smile and then looked across the well, where she saw her boyfriend standing, who was incessantly seeing her. Her smile broden, she took off the ivory color glove from her left hand, held it in her right hand, walked towards the well and dropped her glove in the blind well.
She looked up again, across the well, to her love, in a seducing way. The man was amazed at her act. He looked her in eyes and then looked inside the dark well. He again tried to recheck by looking again into her deep blue eyes, but there was no difference.
His pupils contracted muscles of his arms and legs stretched and with one jump he climbed the parchment of the well and with the second jump he was inside the dark well of death. All the people were surprised and appalled.
Everyone’s eyes were inside the dark well, although nothing was visible inside the well. There were only deafening roar of the beast and the struggle of the man.
Every heart was beating rapidly, chills were running down the spine and what will happen the next second was hidden in the moments to come, suddenly there was deafening roar and then everything felt silent.
For few moments everything stood still and then from that blind well emerged out a man, all smeared in blood. Every part of the body was scratched, blood oozing out of his wound revealing the story of his struggle with the beast.
As he jumped out, there was huge round of applause among the audience of amphitheatre.
“Bravo! Bravo!” everyone shouted. The fairest maiden was so happy that she ran towards her man. She wrapped her beautiful arms around his neck and was about to kiss him, that the man who had just killed a hungry beast, pushed her away with such a force that she fell on the ground. She was appalled to see such unexpected behaviour. The crowd felt silent.
The brave men took out an ivory colored, blood smeared glove from his pocket and threw it, on the face of the woman lying on the ground and then walked away.
As he walked, he raised his both arms in the air and the hall which was silent couple of minutes back, again ignited into deafening applause forgetting totally about the women lying on the ground.

                               A SMALL TOWN  STORY

Years back there lived a very jubilant and loquacious girl in Cathel, Haryana. She was born and brought up there. She was the one who brought colors to, otherwise, dull neighbourhood. She was famous among her peers.
Though she could keep no secrete but surprisingly had an clandestine affair with the boy next door. The Christian boy was so impressed with her vivacious nature that he proposed the Hindu girl. They used to spend lots of time together and everyone thought that since they are in same college, they go together and study together. It was now, one year since they were successfully having an affair. But boy made one thing very clear since beginning that since he is a Christian, his family would never ever accept this Hindu girl, therefore this affair won’t ever materialise publically. The girl used to be heartbroken every time when he used to say these words. But she was so madly, deeply, truly, heads over heels in love with him that she was confident that one day she would break this jinx in his head and would not only make an entry into his house, as a wife and his heart as his true love for this life.
The vivacious, though innocent girl carried out this way for seven years but the poor girl couldn’t break that rock solid ideas of his.
One day she came to know through her mom that the guy was getting betrothed with a Christian girl that his parents have found for him. She couldn’t believe that, the boy didn’t have even little curtsey to tell her that he have been engaged, she was almost in tears with shaky voice, she called the boy and asked her to meet her at their spot.
When the boy came, the girl was already waiting for him over there. Looking at the girl’s terrified expression and her smudged eyes (Which showed that she have been definitely crying) he notion that the girl now knows about his engagement.
Before she could speak a word, he said, “This was supposed to happen and you were very much aware of it, so why cry now?” The girl was shocked; it seemed as if all the hell broke loose over her.
“But I thought....”she choked.
“I told you not to think. But you never listened to me.”
“But why to start it in first place?”
“Come on why you are acting so needy. I told you, I am a Christian, It isn’t going to work. All I did was, like you and seek your company. And you continued it for seven years. Even you had needs which I fulfilled.”
“Oh! My God!” and the girl busted into tears.
He took out his hanker chief and wiped off her tears and let her keep her head over his shoulder. He could feel his shirt getting wet. He moved his hand in array’s of her hairs to console her.
“Please don’t do this to me. She said between her cries.
“I am so sorry. Please, don’t do this. Don’t cry for me. It hurt my heart seeing you like this.”
“Do you forget everything we had for seven years in just one moment?”
“I didn’t forget anything. It’s all with me and it is one of my cherished memory. I am going to be here, we will still hangout and still spend time with each other. Rose, know about you, oh! That’s the name of my finance. She knows how special you are for me. You are my special girl.”
The girl was taken aback; she lifted her head from his shoulder and in utter disbelief looked into his eyes asking him, what the hell he was saying.
But when she sensed the coldness and indifference in his eyes, at that moment, suddenly, magically, miraculously she was self enlighten and instantly she freed herself from his embrace. The boy continued, unknowing of the difference in the girl standing across him, “promise me you won’t cry. Just promise me.”
“You are right. I won’t cry, definitely. I promise you.”
And then she walked away.

TWO YEARS LATER...

The boy was happily married and now has a one year old baby boy. One day while returning from his office, he spotted the girl. Though the girl saw him, but choose to ignore. The boy ran and intervened her path.
“Hey! Long time. Ah! So when you came back?” he asked.
“Oh! Hey! Yesterday.” she said
“Well, it so good. I hope you are going to stay for long.”
“No. Just a week.”
“In that case, I hope to catch up with you for old times’ sake.
“But I am busy. Running on tight schedule.”
And she was about to walk away again, that he again intervened “Come on. Since when we talked last. I think two years back. Then I got married and then in six months you got married. I stayed here and you shifted to Delhi. God! We have so much to talk about and update each other about.”
“Well we have nothing to talk about; you have already made that clear.”
She said and walked away. But suddenly she stopped after taking four steps, she turned and retrieved her steps back to the original spot and continued, “I am sorry. I have been rude. In fact we have something to talk about.”
The boy smiled, “see! I told you. For old times sake.”
“Yes! For old times sake. I forgot to thank you. Thank you for refusing me, thank you for not getting biased and end up marrying me after seeing me in flood of tears, because I was blind, I would have settled for less than what  I deserved. You can never ever be even half the man to whom I am married now, thank you. Thank you very much” and then she hugged him and gave him a little peck on his cheek. The boy was flabbergasted and then suddenly a six feet high men appeared in the picture.
“Honey! We are getting late.”
The girl turned towards him and smiled, “Yes sweet heart, but wait I want you to meet someone special.”
And she introduced both men to each other. The husband said in a smile, “Oh! You are that man. My wife has all praises about you. Sometimes I thought, she would have end up marring you but I think, I am the lucky guy to get her. But still you two share a very special relationship.”
“Yes he is special one, for old times’ sake. Honey! We are getting late.” She said and this time she was really smiling, not only with her lips, but with her eyes.
The boy stood there petrified seeing them disappearing in the crowd, but suddenly he saw the girl again returning towards him. She stopped just in front of him and in tilted smile said, “Now! Now it’s over. You started it and I thought I should take the responsibility to end it. You must appreciate, I ended it in vogue. It’s not always you get to have chance to make curtains fall. This time I snatched it from you.”
And then she bended and picked her hanker chief from the ground and within minutes disappeared in the crowd.
The boy stood there red faced and his ears buzzing with her words.

LOVE SMITTEN { SERIES -3} WHAT WOMAN WANTS?

                               LOVE SMITTEN
                                                                SERIES -3
                      WHAT WOMAN WANTS?

For  centuries  the  men  have  been  fanatically  trying  to  find  the  answer of  the  question,  “What  Woman  Wants? ”  But  even  in  today’s  world,  where  sciences  have  advanced  so  much  still,  men  find  it  difficult  to decipher  this  equation.
Well, I have an anecdote to share with you.
Long, Long  time  ago,  in  far  away  kingdom,  there  lived  a mighty  king.  He was loved by his people.  One day, a wicked magician  who  bared  hatred  for  king,  in  his  heart,  caste  an  evil  spell  on  him,  according  to  which king  was  bound  to  die  in  seven  days  and  the  only  way  to  break  the  spell  was  decoding  the  enigma, “What  Woman  Wants?
All  the  noble  men,  knights  of  king’s  army  and  his  whole  nation  drowned  in  grief,  on  the  thought  of  losing  the  king.  The  wisest  men  of  the  kingdom  divided  the  king’s army and  send  them  in  different  direction  to  find  the  answer  to  the enigma.
Two  days  later,  when  the  men  returned,  it  was  revealed  that  a  witch  lived  on  the  high  black  mountain  in  east,  who  can  help solving  the  riddle.  But  the  question  was,  who  will  cross  the  ferocious  forest  and  confront  the  notorious,  heinous  looking  witch.  It  was  the  bravest  knight  who  volunteered  to  go  to  the  black  mountain  to  fetch  the  answer  and  save  his  king.
The  loyal  servant  of  the  king  started  his  voyage  at  daybreak  and  after  two  days  of  hardship  in  that  ferocious  jungle  filled  with  monstrous  creatures  was  able  to  reach  the  black  mountain.
He climbed the black mountain and reached the witch’s den.  The witch was  very  irritated  and  in screeching  voice  roared, “what  made  you  enter  my  sanctum?”  The brave knight was appalled at seeing the witch.  He haven’t ever  confronted  such  an  evil  looking  creature  in  his  whole  life. She  had  white  hairs  sparsely  located  on  her  head, revealing  a  good  amount  of  area  of  her  scalp. Her  skin  was  wrinkled  and  hanging,  her  eyes  were  red  as  if  filled  with  blood,  her  nose  was  crooked  and  there  were  only  two  teeth  embedded  in  her  denture. The  large  hump  on  her  back  was  in  total  contrast  with  her  scrawny  body.
He  couldn’t even  bare  to  look  at  her  one  more  second,  leave  aside  staying  and  getting  in  the  conversation,  but  he  was  duty  bound, so  he  told  her  everything. The witch  laughed  with  her  toothless  mouth  and  asked  him  to  strike  a  return  deal  with  her  as  a  price  for  the  answer.
The  knight  said  yes,   thinking  she  would  asked  few  gold  coins, which,  he  was  already  carrying  but  to  his  utmost  surprise, the  witch  asked  him  to  marry  her  instead .The  shell  socked  knight  couldn’t  utter  a  word  for  couple  minutes. But  before  he  could  again  use  his  power  of  speech, a supernatural thing occurred  in  front  of  his  eyes. The  heinous  witch  suddenly  got  converted  into  the “fairest  maiden  of  the  universe.” The knights have never seen such a beauty. Her  long  dark  black  hairs, her  translucent  skin,  lotus  petals  like  lips, roses  like  eyes  spell  bound  the  knight  whose  jaw  dropped  in  awe. Her  hour  glass  figure  covered  in  pink  robes  added  an  extra  charm  to  her  heavenly  looks.
For few more seconds knight forgot everything in the world. But  the  soothing  sight  of  the  fair  maiden  lasted  for  couple  of  seconds,  before  she  again  got  converted  into  a  witch.
It was just a mirage. Knight was left to answer the question. Due  to  this  untainted  loyalty  for  the  king,  he  bowed  to  witch  demand  and  agreed  to  marry  her.
The  witch  in  return gave  her  an  envelope  and  asked  him  to  return  to  the  his  king  and  as  soon  the  king  would  read  what  is  written  in  the  envelope, his  spell  would  be  broken. She cautioned him not to open the envelope before.
The  knight  did  what  he  was  told  and  he  returned  to  the  kingdom  on  the  morning  of  the  seventh  day. He  handed  the  envelope  and  as  soon  as  the  kings  eyes  scrolled  over  the  content  of  the  envelope, his  spell  got  broke  and  he  was  bestowed  with  long  life.
On  other  hand, the  knight  have  to  keep  his  words  and  returned  to  the   witch. The  king  was  heartbroken  to  hear  about  the  knight’s  sacrifice, he  asked  him  not  to  return  to  the  witch, but  the  honest  and  brave  knight  decided  to  return.
Two days later knight returned to the witch, to marry her. The  witch  was  please  to  see  the  honesty  of  the  knight  and  gave  him  a  choice, whether  he  want  her  to be all beautiful in  their  private  moments  and  ugly  while  they  are  out with others or  vice-a-versa, after  marriage.
The knight thought for a while. It was difficult choice to make. He  was  bewildered  at  first, then  he  cleared  his  mind  and  replied.  His reply changed the whole equation and something unexpected happened…

                  A  SMALL  LOVE  STORY

Their  love  story,  like  many  other  love  stories, date  back  to  school  days. But  the  thing  very  particular  in  the  case  was  that the  girl  was  very  intelligent  and  beautiful   and  the  boy, though, tall,  fair  and  handsome  was  a  big  duffer. She  used  to  stay  in  the  class, attended  all  lectures, complete  all  her  note  books  and  scored  ‘A’  in  the  exams. Contrarily,  the  boy  was  a  rouge, bunked  classes, never  did  his  work, assignment  and  didn’t  care  if  he  was  graded  ‘F’. All  he  did  whole  day  was  to  come  up  with  new  mischief , to  update  his  ‘ Nuisance Master’ title. For  example  he  had  a  duty  to  bring  the  morning  tea  from  cafeteria  for  English  teacher  and  for  two  years, he  model  her  drink flavoring it  with  his  spit.
It  was  for  two  years only, because  he  wasn’t  caught, because  after  that,  his  school  years  got  over.
They  two  were  earth  and  sky  apart, but  as  the  adage  goes,  “opposite  attracts”, they  two  bonded  like  most  stable  chemical  reaction  product  with  couldn’t, forever,  be  break  into  their  initial  components, it  seemed  so  at  that  time.
If  you  ask  them, how  it  started, who  proposed  first, they  have  no  answers, all  they  have  to  stay  is,  that  it  just  started, without  any  initiation  from  either  side  and  spontaneously  and  gradually  raised  to  its  acumen  like  a  small  spark,  which  no  one  can  ever  know, how  it  got  there  in  the  first  place  and  consequently  spreading  as  furious  fire  all  over  the  jungle. Though  the  girl  was  very  sharp  minded  in  studies  but  she  had  no  particular  ambition. After  tenth  standard,  she   opted  for  the  same  subjects  of  choice  as  that  rouge  boy  was  to  allotted  by  the  school. She  loyally  followed  him, they  sat  on  together  in  the  school  and  used  to  play  romantic  love  birds  in  the  back  seat  of  the  school  bus  which  was  always  and  always  reserved  for  them  and  their  juniors  used  to  watch  the  Royal  couple  in  ‘awe’.
Her  loyalty  continued  further  to  their  college  days, as  she  opted  for  same  college [although  her  score  was  good, she  could  have  got  the  better  one] as  his. They both end   up marrying after the college.
It’s now fifteen years since they have been married. Both in their mid thirties now, and have two kids.
Recently they attended the school reunion of their batch.
Once  considered  to  be   the  most  beautiful  and  perfect  figure  girl  of  the  school, she  is  little  plump  after  two  child  birth, though  her  beauty  and  charms were intact. She met her old friends.  All  other  girls  were  surprised  to  see  that  such  an  intelligent  girl  is  just  a  house maker, rearing  two  kids  and  still  in  complete  bliss.
First  the  other  woman  tried  to  be tyrannical about  her  choice  of  life, but  when  they  found  her  unaffected, they  became  curious  to  know , how  her  ambition-less  life  could  be  so  happy?
She  answered, “there  is  no  secret  that  I  have  ambushed, my  life  is  like  you  all, but  my  priority  is  different . When  I  look  at  you,  hear  about  your  accomplishment, I  used  to  feel  frustrated  and  I  used  to  talk  about  it,  in fact  fight  about  it  with  my  husband. He  always  gave  me  a  patient  hearing  and  volunteered  to  do  anything  that  would  make  me  happy. He  have  already  paid  fees  of  ten  different  courses  in  our  fifteen  years  marriage, with  I  argued  to  pursue  but  didn’t  complete as I got bored. He  never  complaints  about  my  choices, neither  does  reprimands  me  on  my  mistake. He  stands  with me  in  the  worst  hours  holding  my  hand  and  he  gives  me  respect  which  I  deserve  ‘LOVE  is  patient, LOVE  is  kind  and  LOVE is tolerant  and  LOVE is  not  selfish.’ I have learned from my husband. And  whenever  I  see  him  doing  what  I  never  thought  anyone  would  do  for  me, I  realize  my  only  ambition  or  purpose  of  life  is  to  love  my  husband  and  the  argument  on  all  sacrifices  I  made  seems  baseless. I  see  the  broader  picture, all  I  see  is  love  for  me  in  his  eyes, which  makes  me  forget  everything  in  this  world.
After  all  ladies, that’s  our  small  need, that’s  what  a  woman  want.”
And  the  other  ladies  listened  her  with  dilated  pupils, their  jaw  dropped  in  ‘awe’ and  their  hands touching their  hearts.

STORY OF THE KNIGHT AND THE WITCH OF BLACK MOUNTAIN
CONTINUED…
After  been  given  choice  from  the  witch, knight  thought  for  a  while  and  answered  her, “Well ! Do as you wish.  Make it your choice and I will respect it.”
And suddenly something unexpected happened. For  real  and  permanently  the witch converted  herself  into  the  fairest  maiden  and  told  the  knight, “My  brave  and  kind  knight. That’s what woman want, the respect and free will. Thank  you  to  give  me  that  and  hence, you  would  be  rewarded. I  will  stay  like  this  forever  and  love  you  from  depth  of  my heart  and  serve  you  till  I  breath  last”

MORAL
“I will follow him
Follow  him, wherever  he may  go,
There  isn’t  an  ocean  so  deep
And Mountains  so  high  can  keep.
Keep  ME  Away,
Away  From  His  Love”

That’s  song  that  every contend  woman  would  sing.
