Meaning

“An act intending or showing kindness and good will”.

It is said what goes around comes around. How true it could be, you can see for yourself.

This man was in late thirties with the fine lithe and a peculiar ardour on his face. You can never miss him in a crowd, one, because he is very tall, two, he has a penetrating observing eyes and three he still look absolutely detach and indifferent. Sometimes he appears cold or frozen, absolutely unapproachable for a decent talk. But when you come to know about him, you mount to contradict the first reaction to his flashed appearance of his phizog.

The guy used to regularly donate blood. A sick relative, he will donate blood, a sick acquaintance in requirement of blood transfusion, he will do the needful.

All the dengue patients, anaemia patients who were in dire need of blood world have him in their emergency contact. The fun fact about his existence was that he was born blood donor which could be well evident by his blood group “O Positive” also known as universal donors.

A person can’t re-donate blood for at least 3 months after the last donation. It takes 120 days time span for body to rejuvenate itself. But our born donor have plenty times in past trespass that time frame. Rules like this are not made for him. He is a strong man with stronger blood flowing in his vessels and strongest will power.

He is almost forty-ish now and is still continuing with his life long principle but now things have started to change. Because of frequent family intervention his blood donation has reduced to 2 – 3 donations a year as compared to 6 – 7 per annum ratio in the prior years of his existence.

But instead of feeling good and in vigour he started to feel some kind of odd weakness and fatigue. Even after a restful day, he was full of lassitude with no desire to work. Sometimes he had vertigo and ringing in his ears. An extreme tiredness, dumped into his system, rendered him good for nothing. There was pain in arms and legs even, when he was resting. And out of a sudden, at any moment of a day, his face flushed crimson as if all the blood from his body had entirely drained to his head. Never in his life he had ever complained of headache but now, most of the days, he gets up from the sleep with severely throbbing carotids at this temples. God knows what had happened to him. Once so active man had just been glued to bed with trail of sleepless nights behind him.

 A series of lab investigations and detailed case history revealed that his body has gone banana and had surplus supply of red blood cell. Do not dare underestimate it, ever! It is slowly gaining pace to be number one reason for anorexic nervosa related death rate in our medical statistics. When Chanakya, the most intelligent Indian that ever walked this earth, pointed that no two beautiful women could ever be friends, he was very right to say it.

The oestrogen related rivalry does start to take place and sometimes such battles do turn brutal and evil.

And end up being 100% guaranteed way to lose weight even though if it comes at very expensive rate list. In one such case that came across me, it happened so.

This woman, let’s say her name is Mrs. ‘A’, was married for about ten years. Two caesarean surgeries, one gall bladder removal procedure and unbridled taste buds on her tongue definitely manure her 105 kg body weight. She was happy in her skin and was satisfied to be classified under a foodie until one day her brother-in-law got married.
