NEEDS V/S MORALS

          NEEDS V/S MORALS
This is a never ending debate of Needs v/s morals, where you can’t pin down to the winner. Because every time is near to the finish line, there is another fact pops up making you re think your proposition. For example a random boy on the street steal because he was starving for days and had no subway option to fill his empty belly. Stealing is immorality but need has it’s own weigh in the balance. You can keep thinking at your wits end but at the end of the day you won’t even be in vicinity of a proper answer.
“It’s all about damn sex “
How many patients in my six years of practice of white coat that I encounter people walking in the wooden gate of my clinic, with not only a problem but an appropriate solution to it?
All they needed a moralistic stamp from another human being.
Well, I say, I had one, till now and I thank god for that.
A woman in her early thirties walked in with huge documented files of having tales of her medical history
All the  gynecologist she  have ever been to unanimously sang just one diagnosis for her, “Uterine Fibroids” And when they were ready with the scalpel and the anesthesia to get them cut with their housing area, they disappeared without leaving any trace of residual symptoms of disparities in her menstrual cycle. For months the hide and seek game continued without its sequence being deciphered until one day the patient herself adorned the Sherlock hat to decode it and what she came up was not only surprising but shocking till its last word. She was diagnosed with this problem two years back, at the same time when her husband was diagnosed with diabetes Mellitus.
Now this would be irrelevant medical detail because we take in consideration the blood relation under the column of family history. But as suspenseful the things get, it was actual key to the lock.
There was a complete loss of libido [complete absence of sexual desires] that leads the man to row towards medical investigation and in no time the culprit called diabetes was nailed for it.
He started with the different brands of allopathic linage which were able to brigade down his rising blood sugar levels but fell flat to increase his sexual drive.
Like men, women too have needs that have to be fulfilled but this woman was rendered helpless in middle of no man’s land. The sexual frustration piled up whose first signs appeared in the form of bleeding fibroids. But still one question remains unanswered, even though we understood the origin of the problem. What’s with the hide and seek game?
Well, she used those perverted devices to fulfill her desires as well as tried hard to bridle her morals to go astray which temporarily blanked her misery but actually they were fuming embers buried deep in earth waiting to erupt with its bloom and glory.

“WHO THE HELL CARES ABOUT IT?”
If the things would have settled, I won’t be writing further and further, but instead of settlement with those vibratos and stuff, there was a brewing controversy to take birth.
The lady was not happy with the scenario which was rendering her into self pity and self disgust mode and now she was done with regular fights over the topic. She knew her body will give up and she would lose the sanity of her mind and it was the high time that she stepped in boldly may be promiscuous to save them both.
Finally she found her match in a married man at workplace who shared the same misery of unfulfilled desires.
They can shoulder each other and can epitomize a real life “friends with benefits” example.
They both don’t want to get out of this marriage because there is no apparent reason but at same time the non apparent reason is the fishbone stuck in throat.
The question is the lady asked my expert opinion upon her suggestive treatment to her complaint, in short she wants my blessings for her first extra marital affair.
MIND V/S BRAIN
Irrespective of the fact whatever I say or explain in the prolific erudite style, the lady will do what she have to do. She can shunt doctors till she gets her desired answer. Here is my dilemma.
Option A: The piling in sexual tension makes her quite susceptible case of uterine cancer [according to Dr. Hamer’s theory which we discussed earlier. Dr. Hamer says; to save such patient, whatever it takes just resolve the conflict].
Option B: The book of morals categorized it under Lust and prohibits act.
Option C: Shut yourself into your chamber and hide beneath the white coat and apply wait and watch strategy till the storm get over.

ONE YEAR LATER….
It didn’t matter what option I picked. It’s what really happened.
The lady is pregnant.
Her husband was under fertility treatment to beget. The lady still have ties with her need fulfiller and their average for past one year have been once a week.
And the moot point, that concerns us all, her fibroids have finally gone forever and she has received clean chit from all gynecologists.

MORAL

Irony is in itself.
